“Sale” of Personal Information

We sell your personal information as such concepts are defined under Colorado law. However, we do not “sell” your personal information as the term “sell” is commonly understood to require an exchange of money.

To put on events such as the Spartan Fitness Challenge and to provide you an optimal experience, we provide your personal information to our partners and sponsors who assist in putting on such events. Our partners and sponsors may use the personal information we provide them to provide you information about their own services and products, as well as other marketing communications, and to provide you information about potential opportunities and job openings with them. In the past 12 months, we have “sold” your Identifiers as defined in the Statement of Privacy to our partners and sponsors for the purposes set forth above.

Under Colorado law, you may have the right to opt-out of our “sale” of personal information to third parties. If you wish to opt-out of such “sales” please follow the opt-out instructions below. This is a limited opt-out that does not apply to information sole prior to Spartan receiving your request. Additionally, this opt-out is specific to Spartan and does not apply to any third party activity.
